Public Libraries Acts.
At a Meeting of the Vestry held 15th March, 1892, the Rev. Edward Josselyn Beck and
Messrs. John Bulmer and Robert Leishman Stuart were re-elected Commissioners for this
Parish under the Public Libraries Acts.
The names of the Commissioners are as follows:—Rev. Edward Josselyn Beck (Chairman),
and Messrs. John Bulmer (Vice-Chairman), Robert Leishman Stuart, Edmund Rumney Smith,
John Reeson, Henry Lovell Bartlett, Thomas William Clarke, Samuel Brownfield, and
George Mabbs. Clerk—James John Stokes.

and that the amount expended by the Commissioners during the year ended the 25th day of March, 1889,
included in such Statement, and allowed by me at the Audit, is sixteen shillings and eight pence.
