Baths and Wash-houses.
At a meeting of the Vestry held on the 2nd November, 1886, Messrs. Francis
Jolm Bisley and Samuel Brownfield were re-elected Commissioners for Public Baths and
Wash-houses, to carry out the provisions of the Baths and Wash-houses Acts in this
Parish, in conjunction with Messrs. John Bulmer, Edward James Talbot, Lawrence
Stevens, Ralph Westall Walker, and Thomas William Clarke.
