Slaughterhouses.
Six notices were received in September, 1882, from Butchers, of their intention to
apply to the Special Sessions for Licenses for Slaughterhouses, and they having been
severally inspected by the Medical Officer of Health, were duly licensed by the magistrates
in Octol>er, 1882.
Cow Houses.
Six old Cow houses and one new Cow house were licensed by the magistrates in
October, 1882, they having been previously inspected and approved by the Medical
Officer of Health.

The following are copies of Dr. John Muter's (the Analyst) Reports for the ysar
ending 31st March, 1H83.
