???e truth be told. The excellent arrangements of this Board in

???the Census recently taken, the Parish of Rotherhithe contained
???souls, of which 11,307 were males, and 11,650 females. Accord???the
Census taken in the year 1851, the population of this Parish
???shen 17,805 souls, so that the increase amounts to 5,152. In all
???lculations hiherto made by myself, I have for want of correct data
???ated the population of the Parish at 20,000, thus rather over-rating
???ortality, and under-rating the healthfulness of Rotherhithe.
