WE, Richard Burcharnd, Bartholomew Robson, Alexander bhambero and Martin Deavin
the Auditors appointed by the Pansluirero of the Parish of Rotherluthe in the Country of surrey
to examine and audit the accounts of the Vestry of the Parish of Rotherluthe in the Country of Surrey for the year 25th
March, 1862, having carefully and diligently examined and investigated the accounts of the said Vestry ??? for the period
aforesaid, and the vouchers in support of the same; and the books, papers, instruments, and writings, in their custody or control relating thereto, do hereby certify
and declare, that We have this day audited the said accounts of the said Vestry ??? at their office, situate No. Board Round of the Workhouse Rotherluihe
in the County of Surrey ??? in the presence of the following ??? viz:— Richard Burchand
Chairman Burchand Robson Alexander bhambers and Martin Deavin ???
and that the said accounts are true and correct in all particulars : and We do allow the same accordingly, and sign the same in token of such our allowance thereof.
