and fitting up of a new Board-room at the Workhouse, and the Vestry requiring
a more commodious room for their meetings, it was resolved that an offer of the
sum of £200 be made to the Guardians towards such expenses, upon condition of
the Guardians allowing the Vestry the use of the new Board-room for their
meetings and for general purposes, which offer and terms the Guardians accepted
and agreed to, and the £200 has been accordingly paid to the Guardians.
