A fee of 10/6 must be paid at the time of application, which will be
included in the above charges, and returned if the application is not
granted. An additional fee of £1 1s. will in all cases be charged for the
use of the Hall till 12 o'clock midnight, at which hour the Hall will
be closed. In no case shall the fee charged be remitted except by the
adoption of a rescinding motion.
