My thanks are due, and are heartily rendered, to my Medical
Colleagues for the co-operation which they have at all times
accorded to mo, on certain occasions at their own loss. I desire
also to tendor my sincere thanks to the Chairman and Members
of the Sanitary Committee for their readiness to adopt my
recommendations, and for many personal kindnesses.
