(b) "That only those applicants for work who have
been resident in the Parish for at least
twelve months be employed."
(c) "That the wages should in no case exceed
2s. 6d. a day."
(d) "That in no case should the temporary work
be given for more than 13 weeks."
Acting upon these instructions, the following list
will show the number of men put on, the length of
time they were employed, and the amount of money
paid to each:—
