The gates formerly in Hyde Park Gardens will
be stationed at one of the entrances of the newlyacquired
Recreation Ground.
XXIX.—Hall, Regulations for Letting.
The Vestry having referred the Regulations and
Scale of Charges in connexion with the letting of
the Vestry Hall to a Committee, the same were reconsidered,
and a revised list of Regulations and
Fees adopted as follows:—
1st.—All applications for the use of the Hall
must be made in writing to the Vestry Clerk, on
forms to be obtained at the Hall, stating the nature
of the purpose for which it is required.
2nd.—It will not be considered that the Hall is
engaged until the charges are paid and the application
is granted, and no public announcement is to be
made until the Hall is so engaged. None but official
receipts will be considered as valid.
3rd.—The person in whose name the Hall is engaged,
and whose name is on the application and
receipt, shall be held responsible for any damage.
4th.— Except by special permission of the Vestry,
or one of its Standing Committees, the Hall will not
be let for any Meeting, Lecture, Concert, &c., at
