and ordered to be printed as an Addenda to the

Sir,
We have to report that we have completed our
Examination of the Tickets, and Audit of the Accounts
for the Year ending 31st of March, 1892, and finding the
same to be correct, we have so Certified the Statement
of Accounts for the 12 months.
