sports, subject. to necessary regulations for preventing
obstruction to any games or sports sanctioned by the
Committee.
" ( f.) That the Committee bo empowered to sot
apart portions of the Ground for Cricket, Football,
Tennis, and Cycling, or other similar purposes, and
to let the same at rents to Clubs, Societies, and
others, preference being given to applicants residing
in Paddington, and secondly to those in its immediate
neighbourhood.
" (g.) that the net proceeds of the receipts bo
applied towards the payment of the yearly, or halfyearly
instalments duo in respect of the half of the
purchase-money borrowed from the County Council,
and when such debt has been repaid, together with
the interest thereon, all such receipts shall be carried
to the account of the Vestry.
" (h.) That no portion whatsoever of the Ground
set apart for games or sports be enclosed by any
hoarding or obstruction of any kind, temporary or
permanent, which would have the effect of preventing
persons frequenting the Ground from having a
free and uninterrupted view of the games or sports.
"(i). That as a Bill in Parliament will in any
case bo required to enable the Ecclesiastical Commissioners
and the Trustees of the Paddington
Estate to sell the land, such Bill bo promoted by,
and at the expense of, the Vestry, and that it do
contain provisions giving effect to the foregoing
conditions.
