XXIX. Minutes of the Vestry.
Reference to the last Annual Report will show
that on May 21st, 1889, the Vestry resolved to print
the Minutes of its Meetings to the end of that year.
On December 17th following, it was resolved—
" That the Minutes of the Meetings of the Vestry
be printed as heretofore, and that when next the ByeLaws
are under revision the Legal Committee do
draft a Bye-Law regulating the same."
The Minutes of the Vestry can always be seen
by Ratepayers at the Vestry Hall, and copies are
furnished to the Free Public Library in the Warwick
Road, where they are preserved in the Reference
Department for the use of the public.
