XXXV. Municipal Reference Library,
The following resolution of the Vestry is still
under consideration by the Legal Committee:—
"That it be referred to the Legal and Parliamentary Com"mittee
to consider and report as to whether any, and, if so,
"what better arrangements can be made for preserving and
"utilizing the books and papers acquired by the Vestry from time
"to time."
XXXVI. Printing of Minutes.
On May 21st, the vestry passed the following
resolution: —
"That the Minutes of this and future Meetings of the Vestry,
"up to and including the last Meeting to be held in the year 1889,
"be printed (in foolscap form), and copies supplied to the Members
"of the Vestry, at least three days prior to the Meeting at which
"such Minutes are to be signed; that the Vestry Clerk do report
"to the Vestry, at the first Ordinary Meeting of the Vestry in
"December next, the cost of such printing to date; and that at
"the said Meeting the Vestry do re-consider the whole question
"with a view to the passing of a new Bye-Law, if it should be
"decided to continue the printing of the Minutes.
XXXVII. Preparation of the Annual Report.
This Report was prepared under the direction
of a Committee, appointed by the vestry in June,
