XXVI. The Vestry Bye-Laws.
With a view of facilitating the conduct of
business, the Bye-Laws of the Vestry have been
revised. The new Bye-Laws were adopted on
January 10th, 1888, and confirmed on January 17th.
They are added to this Report as Appendix No. IV.
