Wo, the undersigned, being the Auditors appointed under the provisions of the
"Metropolis Local Management Act," for the purpose of auditing the Accounts of the
Vestry of the Parish of Paddington, do state that we have audited and allowed the
Accounts of the Vestry for the year ending 25th March, 1888, of which the foregoing
Account, marked A, 1s an abstract. And we state that, the several Contracts entered into
by the Vestry during the year ending 25th March, 1888, are specified is the foregoing
Statement of such Contracts marked B. And that the Moneys owing to, and the Debts
and Liabilities owing and incurred by, such Vestry respectively, are specified in the foregoing
Statement of such Credits, Debts, and Liabilities respectively, marked C. And
we further wish to state that the manner in which the Accounts are kept has met with
our entire approbation, and we beg to thank Mr. Dethridge, the Vestry Clerk, for the
able and courteous assistance he has rendered during the investigation.
