The Vendors of the three slightly adulterated samples of Milk were merely
cautioned.
Only one prosecution failed, and this was on a legal technicality.
In three cases of adulterated Butter, and two cases of adulterated Milk, no
prosecutions could be undertaken, through default of the Inspector.
