Appendix No. VIII.
MANAGERS OF BOARD SCHOOLS.
The Parish of Paddington, with the Parishes of Marylebone,
St. Pancras, and Hampstead, form the "Marylebone Division"
of the School Board for London. The several Schools in the
Division overlap in regard to the areas from which the Scholars
are drawn, and therefore it is thought desirable to give in this
Appendix the complete List of the Managers for the whole
Division.
The following is taken from the Annual Return of the
Minuting and Educational Endowments Department of the
School Board for London in September, 1887:—
It may be added that the Members of the School Board
are ex-oficio Managers of all Schools in their Division, and that
the other Managers are appointed by the Board.
