Hay Crop.—The crop of hay from off the field at
Alperton, 10 acres in area, amounted to 16½ loads;
the expenses attending mowing, stacking, &c., being
£27 2s. 6d. From this amount £8 must be taken
for feeding off the after-grass, thus making the actual
expenses £19 2s. 6d.; the value of the hay being
£72 3s. 9d., the actual gain in favour of the Vestry
being £53 1s. 3d.

Artizans Work.—The general work of repairs, See., at the Depot have been carried out by the .'allowing artizans—the millwright, engineer, wheelwright, farriers, smiths, and harness maker; also works in connection with the engine, sifting machine, water-meters, stand-posts, general smithing work for repairs to carts, water vans, sanding, sweeping, and scraping machines, horse shoeing, and making miscellaneous repairs, and the following work for the Highway Department:—

Paddington Green and the Disused Burial Ground
Garden.—The maintenance of these gardens has been
well attended to by the gardeners, who have
been successful during the winter in saving upwards
