The Rateable Value of the Parish, based upon the Rate made
in October, 1886, was £ 1,276,254.

The number of Borough Voters, according to the Register made in 1886, is as follows:—

North Paddington5,628
South Paddington5,456
Total11,084

The number of County Voters in Paddington is 84.
The number of Persons in Paddington returned in the Jury
List presented to the Justices of the Peace on the 27th day of
September, 1886, amounted to 5,586.
During the year 36 Meetings of the Vestry, and 133 Meetings
of the various Committees have been held, making a total of 169
Meetings.
The Works, sanitary and otherwise, carried into effect during
the year, appear in the Reports of the respective officers, these
Reports, together with the documents required by the 198th
Section of the Metropolis Local Management Act, 1855, are
printed as an Appendix to this Report, as follows, viz.:—Reports
of the Medical Officer of Health, the Surveyor, the Inspector of
Public Lighting, and the Superintendent of the Works Department;
the Cash Account in Abstract; Accounts of the Paddington
Charities and a Schedule of these Charities, with the names of the
Trustees.
