Gentlemen,
I beg to submit this my Annual Report on
the various works executed, and the general business
transacted in this Department during the Year ended
Lady-day, 1883.
Highways.
A further removal of macadamized roadways,
and a substitution of wood pavement on a Portland
cement concrete foundation, have been carried out,
namely, in—
Seymour Street
Connaught Square, on South and West Sides.
Lower Porchester Street.
Porchester Place.
Norfolk Crescent, West Side.
Upper Porchester Street.
Sale Street.
