We, the undersigned, being the Auditors appointed by the Vestry under the Provisions of the 9th and 10th Vict., cap. 7 4, for the purpose of Auditing the Accounts of the Commissioners for Public Baths and Wash-houses, for the Parish of Paddington, do hereby certify that we have carefully inspected and examined the various Books and Accounts of the said Commissioners, and that we have much pleasure in stating that the Accounts are perfectly correct:—
