Sewers have been constructed in the undermentioned Streets and Places at the expense of the Owners of Property, viz.:—

The estimated cost of the whole of the beforementioned
Sewers, including two miles, five furlongs,
and 193 yards of Stoneware Drain Pipes laid down
to New Houses and Premises, is £2,102: 18: 10.
Four miles, one furlong, and seventy yards of
Brick Sewers, in which the deposit varied from six to
nine inches in depth, have been cleansed, and the hard
deposit removed by the Contractor to the Vestry, at a
cost of £103 : 13: 8½.
Seven side Entrances in various Streets have been
constructed, to allow of a more ready access to the
Sewers for cleansing purposes, and examinations of
drains and traps.
Twenty-six Air Openings have been made in Manholes
and Sewers, and Cast Iron Gratings fixed level
with the surface of the Carriageways for the purpose of
ventilation.
