Nuisances and Complaints during the Quarter ending
September 30th, 1871.
The register book of complaints and nuisances contains
188 cases, which admit of the following classification:—
Defects of drainage and untrapped gulleys. 50

Dirty state of premises, water closets, urinals,
stagnant water, percolations, &c 56
Offensive trades, marine stores, frying of fish,
