REPORT
TO THE VESTRY OF PADDINGTON.

Gentlemen,
In presenting you my Third Annual
Report, I have ventured to use the privilege of my
Office, to bring before you matters which I trust will
commend themselves to your attention as bearing upon
the Sanitary welfare of the population in this Parish.
