REPORT
TO THE VESTRY OF PADDINGTON.
Gentlemen,
In accordance with your instructions,
I beg to submit my Annual Statement of the
measures in operation during the year terminating
March 25th 1860, for the removal of Nuisances,
and the improvement of the Sanitary condition of
the Parish. It exhibits in summary the proceedings
of the Sanitary Committee, in execution of
the powers conferred upon them for these purposes.
