TO THE VESTRY OF PADDTNGTON.
Gentlemen,
I beg to lay before you the following
Summary Statement, for the year 1857, of the
Acts and Proceedings of the Sanitary Committee,
and of the Vestry, so far as they relate to the
Sanitary improvement of the Parish. The period
reported on extends from the first of January, 1857,
to Lady-Day, 1858, my former report having been
presented to you at the close of the year 1856.
