Gentlemen.
I beg to submit to you my Report upon the
various works which have been carried out within the District
from Lady-day, 1893,10 Lady-day, 1894.
SEWERS.
The brick sewer in Waterloo Street, Limchouse, being
found to be in a very defective condition, the Board gave
directions for the same to be broken up and a new 12-inch pipe
sewer constructed. The Plan and Section having been approved
by the London County Council with a proviso that the sewer
should be surrounded by 6-inches of Portland cement concretc,
the work was carried out by the Hoard's Contractor, and the
drains connected with the new sewer.
