6. That your Petitioners therefore urgently press upon your
Honourable Board to insert a clause or clauses embodying
the above suggestions in any Bill that may be introduced
into Parliament for the creation of District Councils, and
that such District Councils should be the Local Authorities
for the purposes aforesaid.
And your Petitioners will ever pray, &c.
