BOARD'S HORSES.
The health of the Horses generally has been good throughout
the year. A mild form of influenza passed through the stable,
but it was taken in time and the horses attacked soon recovered.
I regret baring to report that a case of glanders occurred. When
the disease becalme apparent the horse was slaughtered at once,
and the stable disinfected, &c. I often wish it could be arranged
to keep horses at Sydenham or Forest Hill, as well as at Catford.
