Note.-The Establishment Receipts and Expenses of the Board are, in the first instance, apportioned between
the Parish of Lewisham and Hamlet of Penge, on the basis of rateable value, and such receipts and expenses are
further apportioned between the several rate-purposes levied in the Parish and Hamlet, respectively, in proportion to
the net expenditure for the year on each.
The Rateble Value adopted as the basis of apportionment is hte same as adopted by the Metropolitan Board
of Works for the year 1882, viz.:Parish
