Subjoined are the numbers of Patients Paupers, and
Non-Paupers, that have been removed during the last seven
years from the Parish of Lambeth to either of the Metropolitan
Asylums Hospitals (almost entirely to the Stockwell
Hospitals).
In each year persons are reported as having walked into
hospital, whilst doubtless others are conveyed in cabs. Of
such patients there is no record, but their number must be
small. The tables show only those who have been removed
in the regular way by ambulance.
