Block No. 2, included Salutation Place, (Peer's Cooperage),
and a portion of the Cornwall Road (12 houses).
Block No. 3 included Great Windmill Street, Little Windmill
Street, Windmill Row, Windmill Court, and 20 houses in
King Street.
Block No. 4 included Hooper Street, Jurston Street, Francis
Street, Apollo Buildings, Isabella Street, Whiting Street,
Burdett Street, and Gloucester Street.
The number and nature of nuisances are shown on page 29.
