We, the Auditors of the Accounts of the \estry of Saint Mary, Lambeth, in the County of Surrey, do certify that wc have audited the Accounts of the said Vestry
lor the year ending the 25th day of March last. And we do, by the Account in Abstract, as above prepared, show the Receipts and Expenditure under the said Act, for the said
year, under the several distinct heads of Rcccipts and Expenditure. And wc, the Auditors, now state that wc have allowed the Expenditure, and also the Receipts as far
as they extend, but finding that the Rents and rrofits of the Pedlar's Acre Estate, amounting to a sum of £654 8s. 8d. have not been brought to account, but the sum of
£401 8s. 8d. only, we have disallowed the amount of such Receipts, and have charged in such account the sum of £250 as agaiust the Vestry, as being a sum which ought
to be accounted for. And wc have also, as above, made a Summary Statement of all Contracts entered into by such Vestry, and of the Monies owing to, and Debts and
Liabilities owing by such Vestry, on the 25th day of March last.
We, the Auditors, in going over the voluminous Accounts, with their different classifications, would wish to report the highly creditable manner in whieh they have
been kept by Mr.Warren; and we congratulate the Parish and Vestry Upon Their having such an able efficient Offcer.
