The Chairman declared Mr. Frederick H. Lyon duly elected.
VIII. Moved by Mr. Cook seconded by Mr. Coker and resolved
—That the Vestry do now adjourn until this day fortnight at
Seven p.m., and that thanks be voted to the Chairman.
The meeting then separated.
