that part of the Report be adopted.
Moved by Mr. Richardson and seconded by Mr. Catmur as
an amendment—That the matter be referred back to the Committee
for them to take into consideration whether the
Sanitary Inspectors could not perform these duties.
The amendment was put to a show of hands and declared
carried, and was then submitted as a substantive motion and
declared carried.
