The Clerk submitted copy of Advertisement inserted by
him in the "Builder" and "Contract Journal" inviting
Tenders for supply of Four Slop Vans.
I enders were then opened as follows:
To keep in repair for
2 years after 1st year.

Gloucester Carriage and

Moved by Mr. Peacock seconded by Mr. Birks and resolved
—That the Tender of Mr. Jarvis be accepted.
Moved by Mr. Coker seconded by Mr. Upton and resolved
—That No. 1 Committee be authorised to affix the Seal of
• the Vestry to the several Contracts when ready.
