Your Committee beg to report that they met on Wednesday,
the 30th day of March ult., there being present Messrs.
Hasted, R. Kemp, Lyon, and Padfield.
(1) Financial Statement, Wednesday, 13th April, 1892.

(2) That your Committee resolved to recommend—That a

of the Vestry to be inserted in that newspaper, referred by
your Board, and resolved to recommend—That the application
be not acceded to.
