houses principally visited were those which had not been
taken in hand in the first house to house visitation, and now
every house has been visited and means taken to provide such
houses with a proper water-supply to the W. C. and other sanitary
improvements. There are many houses that require frequent
visiting, especially those inhabited by the poorer classes, that
our small sanitary staff is fully employed. I hope that before
long our staff of inspectors may be augmented, so that the whole
ot the district may be inspected at more frequent intervals.
