[Report of the Medical Officer of Health for Hamlet of Mile End Old Town]

II. Moved by Mr. Hirst seconded by Mr. J. D. Kemp and
resolved—That the Minutes of the last two meetings be taken
as read.
Moved by Mr. Hirst seconded by Mr. J. D. Kemp and
resolved—That the Minutes are correctly recorded and be
confirmed.
III. Moved by Mr. Richardson seconded by Mr. Hirst and
resolved—That the use of the Vestry Hall be granted upon the
usual terms to the Mile End Old Town Ratepayers' Protection
League, for the purpose of a public meeting on Thursday
week next, on the subject of the recent election of Guardians.
IV. The Report of Committee No. 1 was brought up as follows:
