[Report of the Medical Officer of Health for Hamlet of Mile End Old Town]

26 NOVEMBER, 1890.
"Council, having carefully considered the matter, is of
"opinion that the improvement is one which, if effected,
"should be carried out by the local authorities, as
"opportunity offers for acquiring the property on advan"tageous
terms. Should the local authorities be prepared
"at any time to take that course, the Council will con"sider
favourably an application for a contribution to the
"cost.
"I have sent a similar communication to the above
"to the Limehouse District Board of Works.
