To pave and properly drain stable thereat, and remove the
offensive accumulation in rear of premises.

To properly trap and repair defective drain thereat.
(7) That proceedings be taken against the owners of such of
the said houses and premises who fail to carry out the orders
of your Board, for performance of sanitary works thereat,
within one month.
(8) That your Clerk submitted the Quarterly Report of your
Analyst as follows:
