19 MARCH, 1890.
That your Committee resolved to recommend—That proceedings
be taken against the persons who sold to the
Inspector a sample of milk adulterated with 15 per cent. of
added water.
That with regard to the sample of margarine it appears
that the proceedings described by the Margarine Act, 1887,
were partially conformed to, and therefore your Committee
do not consider that the person should be prosecuted, but
that the merits of the case would be met by a caution being
administered.
(4) That your Surveyor submitted an Estimate of the Amounts required for the half-year ending Michaelmas day next, as follows:

resolved—That the Report be received.
Moved by Mr. Coker seconded by Mr. J. D. Kemp and
resolved—That the Report with the exception of that part
relating to the drainage of houses in Frimley Street be
adopted, and it was resolved accordingly.
Moved by Mr. Cushen seconded by Mr. Richardson and
resolved.—That a letter be sent to the London County Council
calling attention to the buildings being erected in Frimley
Street, and asking the Council to put into operation any
powers which they may have for preventing such buildings
being proceeded with.
DRAINAGE OF HOUSES, FRIMLEY STREET.

resolved—That that part of the Report be adopted, and it was
resolved accordingly.
