[Report of the Medical Officer of Health for Hamlet of Mile End Old Town]

19 MARCH, 1890.
to pull down Nos. 418 and 420, Mile End Road, and after
consideration your Committee resolved to recommend—That
the houses Xos. 418 and 420, Mile End Road be pulled
down.
(2) That tenders be invited by letter for the purchase, pulling
down, and clearing away of same.
(3) That your Clerk reported that the sale of the properties
in Bridge Street took place on the 27th ult., that No. 1,
Bridge Street was sold to Mr. Baxter for £830, and No. 3,
Bridge Street to Mr. Kemp for £430, and your Committee
resolved to recommend—That the conveyances to the
purchasers of such properties be sealed.

Moved by Mr. Padfield seconded by Mr. J. D. Kemp and
resolved—That the Report be received.
Moved by Mr. Padfield seconded by Mr. W. A. Kemp and
resolved—That the Report be adopted, and it was resolved
accordingly.
VI. The Clerk submitted for the seal of the Vestry the
Conveyances of No. 1, Bridge Street, to Mr. A. C. Baxter,
and No. 3, Bridge Street, to Mr. J. D. Kemp.
Moved by Mr. Furness seconded by Mr. Henley and
resolved—That the seal of the Vestry be affixed to the
Conveyances.
The seal of the Vestry was affixed to the several Conveyances
accordingly.
VII. The Report of Committee No. 2 was brought up as
follows :

Wednesday, 19th March, 1890.
Your Committee beg to report that they met on Thursday
the 13th day of March inst., there being present Messrs.
J. Druitt, Calton, Schweitzer, Andrews, Loftus and Mardorf.
(1) That your Surveyor brought up and read a Report tor
which your Committee beg to refer your Board to his Report
Book.
That your Surveyor submitted an Estimate of the sums
required for the Half-year ending Michaelmas day next as
follows :
