(d) Nos. 73, St. Ann's Road; 8, 11, 12, 16, 18, 21a, 23,
31 and 32, Hannibal Road—
To provide proper water supply to the closets thereat.
(e) No. 20, Hannibal Road—
To separate the water supply for domestic purposes from
that used for flushing the closets.
(f) No. 58, St. Ann's Road—
To properly pave the yard thereof.
(g) Nos. 28 and 29, Cottage Grove—
To empty and fill up the cesspool, and drain the houses
into the sewer in Cottage Grove.
(h) No. 26, Ocean Street—
To abolish catchpit, and properly repair and relay drain to
proper level.
(i) Nos. 22, 24, 28 and 30, Ocean Street—
To properly repair and relay drains to proper level.
(j) Nos. 16 and 18, Alias Road—
To properly trap the sinks thereat.
(k) No. 19, King John Street—
To provide a proper waste pipe to sink in first floor back
room, disconnected from direct communication with
drains.
(3) That your Committee considered the reference of your
Board as to the nuisance at the roadway leading to Messrs.
Spills' premises (waterproof factory), Mile End Road, and
having regard to the Reports of your Sanitary Inspector and
Surveyor, your Committee resolved to recommend—That
notice be served upon the owner or owners of the roadway
leading to Messrs. Spills' factory, Mile End Road, requiring
him or them to properly cleanse and drain the urinal and
cleanse drain, and pave such roadway.
(4) That your Sanitary Inspectors reported that since the last
meeting, the following works had been performed, viz.:
