same be received.
That your Sanitary Inspectors brought up and read reports,
for which your Committee beg to refer your Board to their
Report Books.
(3) That having regard to such Reports your Committee resolved
to recommend—That notices be served upon the owners
of the following houses and premises, requiring them to
perform the following works, viz.:
(a) Nos. 1, 2, 23, Eagle Place; 224, 226, Devonshire
Street; 1, 2, Union Place, Union Street; and 10,
John's Place—
To properly cleanse and purify such houses.
(b) Nos. 23, Eagle Place ; 224, 226, Devonshire Street;
4, 6, 10, 14, 16, 21, 22, Oley Place; 3, Pearl Place,
Redman's Road; 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 30, Walden Street;
14, 16, 18, 22, 5, Garden Street; 1, 2, 5 and 6, Smith's
Place, Garden Street—
To properly trap the drains and sinks thereat.
(c) Nos. 6, 18, 19, 20, Eagle Place; 224, 226, Devonshire
Street; 2, 20, 21, 22, Oley Place; 3, 4, 7½, 8, Princes
Street; 1, 3, 5 to 13, Pearl Place, Redman's Road; 5, 7,
11, 13, 17, 40, Walden Street; 5, 11, 2, 10 to 26,
Garden Street; 5, 6, Smith's Place, Garden Street; 15,

To properly pave the yards thereat.

pails for the use of the tenants thereat.
