necessary) prepare a Plan and Specification of such works and
an Estimate thereof.
Resolved—That the further consideration of the matter be
adjourned for one month to enable the owner to carry out
the works ordered.
Moved by Mr. Kerwin and seconded by Mr. Peacock—That
if at the expiration of the month the works ordered have not
been carried out immediate steps be taken to close the houses.
The motion was submitted to a show of hands and there
