[Report of the Medical Officer of Health for Hamlet of Mile End Old Town]

That your Committee beg to submit their proceedings to
your Board for approval.

Moved by Mr. R. Kemp, seconded by Mr. Coker, and
resolved—That the Report be received.
Resolved—That the Report be adopted, and it was resolved
accordingly.
IX. The Vestry proceeded to apportion amongst the owners of
property of unpaved portion of Moody Street, the cost of
paving and making up same.
Moved by Mr. R. Kemp, seconded by Mr. Coker, resolved
—That the sum of £83 3s., the amount which the Surveyor
to the Vestry has estimated the cost of paving and making up
so much of Moody Street as lies south of the houses Nos. 28
and 103, in pursuance of the resolution for paving and making
up the same be apportioned amongst the owners of houses
forming such part of such street, and the owners of land
bounding or abutting on the same, in the manner following:
that is to sav—

(7) That your Sanitary Inspectors reported that since the last meeting, the following works had been performed, viz.:

Vestry at its rising do adjourn until this day fortnight at 7 p.m.
XI. The Vestry proceeded to apportion amongst the owners of
property in Mile End Place, the cost of paving and making
up the same.
