IX. Mr. J. Brown withdrew the next motion re the recent audit
standing in his name on the Agenda.
X. In the absence of Mr. Baxter the notice of motion standing
in his name on the Agenda dropped.
XI. Moved by Mr. J. Brown seconded and resolved—That in all
cases where a notice of motion appears on the Agenda more
than once, the words 'adjourned from' shall also appear,
together with the date when the motion first appeared.
XII. In the absence of Mr. Bandey the notice of motion standing
in his name on the Agenda dropped.
XIII. The Clerk submitted for the seal of the Vestry the contract
with Messrs. A. & F. Manuelle for supply of 20,000 feet of
three inch tooled York Paving.
Moved by Mr. Furness seconded by Mr. Peacock and resolved—That
the seal of the Vestry be affixed to the contract.
The seal of the Vestry was affixed thereto accordingly.

submitted by the Clerk as follows:
