(3) That your Committee at a former meeting resolved to
recommend—That hat stands be provided in the Vestry Hall,
to stand between the entrance lobbies, and one on each side
of the fire-place at the back of the Chairman's seat, the
estimated cost being £16.
(4) That the following works be carried out—
Vestry Hall.
Ceiling distempered, the walls and mouldings washed, and
the roof repaired.
Staircase.
Two small Wenham Lights fixed in place of existing lamps.
Entrance Hall and Staircase.
Ceilings whitened and walls cleaned down.
Offices.
Ceilings washed and whitened, and walls cleaned.
Committee Room.
Re-papered and ceilings whitened.
And that tenders for the works be invited, the estimated
cost being £ 90.
Generally.
All the blinds cleaned and new cords provided, and that
tenders for performance of the work be invited from persons
in the neighbourhood, the estimated cost being £12.
(5) That your Clerk submitted a list of persons holding appointments
under the Vestry, with the names and addresses of
of their sureties, to which your Committee beg to refer your
Board.

III. The Clerk submitted copy of advertisement as inserted by
him in the "Metropolitan," "Builder," "East London
Observer," and "East London Advertiser," inviting tenders
for supply of 10,000 feet of Flag Paving.
